The Scope of Work (SOW) of Handyman Services

Our Professional Handyman Service teams are very quick and efficient, and they can easily get any jobs done

1. Scope of Work


BHIRAJ MANAGEMENT provides professional handyman services by experienced technicians, covering the following

Areas:

  • General Repairs: Repairing office equipment such as doors, furniture, and other fixtures
  • Plumbing Works: Small-scale plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging pipes, and installing faucets or plumbing fixtures
  • Electrical Works: Basic electrical services such as installing light fixtures, replacing switches, and troubleshooting electrical issue
  • Painting Works: Interior and exterior painting, including touch-up work
  • Installation & Miscellaneous Works: Hanging picture frames, installing televisions, and other minor installations as required



2. Service Requirements


2.1 Service Conditions
  • The service is provided by a team of 1-2 skilled technicians, covering the defined Scope of Work
  • The package includes 36 service jobs per year, with each job limited to a maximum of 2 hours
  • If a job exceeds 2 hours, it will be counted as an additional service, and extra charges will apply based on the specified rates
  • Consumable materials and replacement equipment for repairs or installations are not included. However, the service provider will supply basic tools, such as ladders and hand tools
2.2 Service Hours

Service Hours Services are available Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 (excluding public holidays) unless otherwise agreed. Emergency services are available as needed, with a response time of no more than 4 hours

2.3 Service Standards
  • Work must be completed efficiently, safely, and within the agreed timeframe
  • The service must fully comply with building regulations and relevant safety standards


3. Deliverables


  • Completion of requested repairs and maintenance tasks within the agreed-upon timeframe
  • After each service, we conduct a customer satisfaction evaluation to improve our work for future services
  • Immediate reporting of any major issues requiring additional approvals or specialized services


4. BHIRAJ MANAGEMENT Responsibilities


  • Ensure qualified and experienced personnel perform all tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after task completion
  • Communicate proactively with the client regarding scheduling, progress, and any unforeseen issues
  • Dispose of any waste materials in accordance with facility policies and local regulations


5. Client Responsibilities


  • Provide access to the premises and required areas for service execution
  • Communicate service requests in a timely manner
  • Approve necessary repairs and any additional work beyond the agreed scope


6. Terms and conditions


Additional costs for materials and specialized services shall be pre-approved by the client


7. Agreement Duration and Termination


  • The agreement is effective from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026
  • The client reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the service standards do not meet the agreed-upon terms


8. Confidentiality & Compliance


  • We shall maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive client information encountered during service delivery
  • All services must comply with applicable local laws and safety regulations


9. Acceptance Criteria


  • Work shall be deemed complete when verified and accepted by the client
  • Any deficiencies or incomplete tasks must be rectified promptly at no additional cost
